CA Agreements & Policies
Version 1.0.0 · Effective 18 October 2026
Seller, supplier and issuer
Solkrone Ltd trading as zuperssl is your seller and obtains certificates through third-party digital certificate suppliers. The issuing CA is responsible for the certificate. A certificate brand is not necessarily the legal name of the issuer. The entries below identify the configured issuing CA and link its Subscriber Agreement or Certificate Terms of Use, CP/CPS, relying-party warranty and privacy notice. The applicable CA agreement has its own named link in the checkout acceptance, alongside our Terms of Service; a combined checkbox does not merge the issuer’s obligations with ours.
What you agree to
You must be authorised to bind the named Certificate Subscriber. Its obligations include giving accurate information, protecting private keys, checking the certificate, limiting use to authorised domains, reporting compromise and complying with revocation instructions. Our explanation supplements the CA’s full agreement and does not replace it.
Certificate problems and abuse
Report suspected certificate misuse, phishing, fraudulent applications or key compromise to abuse@zuperssl.com. For urgent revocation or key compromise, also contact the issuing CA directly using the reporting instructions in its CP/CPS or legal repository; do not wait for our reply. Anyone can submit a report. Include the affected domain, a description and available certificate details, but never send a private key. The Acceptable Use section of our Terms of Service explains our reporting and review process.
Versions and changes
We retain the CA agreement copy and content hash presented with your purchase. The CA may require updated mandatory PKI terms before a later issuance or reissue. Where a fresh acceptance is needed, it must be obtained before that action. The repository links also give access to current CA policy publications. A link is not evidence of acceptance of a future version.
